Postdoc Position in Computational Biophysics
A two-year postdoc position starting immediately is available in the Koç University physics department. The accepted candidate will contribute to a project on the dynamical aspects of neural activity in the brain by means of computer simulations and analytical methods. The net salary of 32,000 Turkish Liras (approx. 950 USD – set by the funding agent, Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) will be supplemented with standard health insurance coverage and monthly food tickets during the employment period. Interested candidates must have a Ph.D. in physics or a related field and possess a strong background in computational techniques, as well as a demonstrated aptitude towards academic research.
