Koç University, a foundation-supported, non-profit institution of higher education in Istanbul, Turkey, invites applications for full-time faculty positions of open rank in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. The candidate’s research activities should synergize and/or expand the current research activities of the department. Koç University fosters interdisciplinary research and supports collaborations across different colleges. The candidate will have opportunities to collaborate with researchers from the College of Sciences, College of Engineering and The School of Medicine as well as with various research centers such as Koç University Translational Medicine Research Center at Koç University.
Successful candidates are expected to develop a vigorous and internationally competitive research program and to teach undergraduate- and graduate-level courses. Post-doctoral research experience is required for candidates at the Assistant Professor level. The medium of instruction is English. Salary will be commensurate with experience. University housing or rental subsidy, and K-12 education subsidy will be provided.
